Wow! I’m blown away by the response to this giveaway. Thank you to everyone who entered. I wish I could draw all your pictures, but then I’d never have time for writing and reading!

It’s been a hard week. Little pup (pictured above) almost died, and has needed careful nursing to get her to a stable condition. She is getting stronger everyday, thank goodness, but it’s taken a toll on me, and, more importantly, my blogging. I hope to get back on schedule soon.

I hope the dog continues to get better. It is very stressful, so I’m feeling for you. I was up with mine all last night but he seems to be ok today. Just an infected ear – but no vet in the weekend (or not one I can afford!)

Thank you, Bruce. I hope your dog gets better. It’s very hard when they’re ill. I thought little pup was dead, but I breathed into her nose until she started breathing again. Now it’s about finding the balance of building up her strength and not taxing her poor little body too much.
